itchy spot?!

It never fail to make ah boy chuckle happily and loudly when we try to kiss him on his neck. He will always move his head backwards when we try to do that and chuckle very very loudly. Haha itchy is it? Now we noe hee hee.

Lovely!

What a lovely cupcake stand! Daddy’s gonna b so proud of mummy. Mummy has a flair of such thing huh hee. Hope baby will like it. Everything for u sir. Mummy still has one more to go. How should I do the other one huh? All the way mummy!

Nathan loves cars

Today we realise that baby loves cars!!! He can hold one at each hand at time! Though not for long cos after a v short while they all ended up in his mouth!

He likes to play the piano too! Guess all kids love to play to toy piano cos of the sounds they make and they are probably v proud that they can get some sounds by hitting the piano real hard heee.

Ok mummy is going to buy more toy cars for nat nat.

He doesn't love to wear caps though….hmmm guess mummy is probably going to have a hard time getting you wear your birthday hat! Ok we shall try.

Its timeeeeee

The time has come! Our tiny baby has grown up to be a lil boy. He has decided himself that its time to stop latching on to mummy's breast. =(

Sad as i am, everyone says its good cos now is probably a good time as he's already 10 months old. Baby you really noe how to choose a time ah. He stop latching on on 17 May when he's 10 months old!

Its time. No matter how many times i tell myself not to be sad or other pple telling me that its a good time, i still feel damn utterly sad. I'm sad and still v v sad. The bonding sessions are gone. Of cos there are other bonding sessions but nothing come close to feeding sessions. I will surely miss these times. When he latch on, holding on to my hands sometimes, glancing at me occassionally, smiling at me sometimes, giving me a satisfied look, biting me once in a blue moon, rubbing his head on my chest etc etc etc.

Mummy probably still has milk for another couple of months and then after probably will have to switch to milk formula already. Another milestone!

Baby you sure you want to stop? Hiaz….mummy just refuses to give up huh.

mummy is sick

Mummy isn't feeling too well, down with flu and sore throat.

Daddy, catch! Playful Nathan over to you! He's all yours today! Phew.

What is joy?

Joy comes when
1. we were waken up by Nathan’s silly blabbering in the morning
2. we played wif him on our bed just before his nap times
3. we see him crawling anxiously to us wif big smiles on his face
4. he smile sweetly or chuckle happily at us
5. he sits in highchair with one leg rocking back and fro and one leg hanging out and 2 fingers in his mouth and 1 hand pulling his hair; talk about multitasking siah hahaha
6. he stretched out his hands for us to carry n hug him
7. looking at him sleeping peacefully on the bed
8. biting his lil bolster before he fell asleep
9. standing his cot whinning or blabbering
10. chuckling at all our silly attempts to make him laugh
11. many many many more!!!

Growing up

Was chitchatting with Sandra about kids recently. They are so street smart nowadays. One of the biggest realisation and challenge she faced as they grow up is that they learnt to judge us. I was like WOW. It really sets me thinking. As they grow and matures, they will soon have their own opinions on everything and starts judging everything. Maybe very soon my nat will start questioning me why i do this and why i do that. Its going to be a challenge and takes a bit of time to adjust to it i guess. Not trying to be the best mummy or wat but just hope that watever i do, he knows that i love him.

Just woke up look
