Since i started on breastfeeding, i have been religiously storing my milk. I used to have a whole freezer full of breastmilk.
Sometimes it even seems to overflow. When this happens, i always ask around see who wants the milk. Most of the time, in fact its all the time, pple will reject. Sometimes i wonder why but i think if it is me, probably i will also reject. Which mummy will want other mummy's milk? You probably may not even noe wat the mummy eats and whether the milk is good or not. Not even close friends.
There goes my milk. Wasteful sometimes but i guess really no choice. Maybe if yiyi is preg at the same time as mummy she may want it if she doesn't have much milk. She noes how nutritious it is after seeing my sturdy and strong natnat. Oh yah. popo has been using the unwanted or left over breastmilk to water her plants. And…..yes they grow v v v well! Adelynn's sis did a test on the milk, she found out that breastmilk contains 4 times as much calcium as formula milk! Wah. Si beh powerful.
These 2 days my breastpump seems to be protesting. A bit siao liao.
Is that indication for me to stop my bfeeding lifecycle already? Hmmm. Think so, after all nat is almost 1 year old already. The supply can still last him for another month maybe.
Or maybe i should go and service my pump?
Its mon again….time to send bb to popo house again.
Everytime when we send nat nat to popo house, we always wish weekends is here so that we can take care of nat nat ourselves again. Though sometimes we were kind of glad that we can send him to popo house so that we can take a break from his "nonsense" haaaa.
Nowadays when baby hears music, he will dance along AND he will move his head along with the rythmn too! He will keep nodding his head when he dances. So farnie!
After seeing how mummy scrolls through the pics in my iphone, baby is able to imitate! He can now scroll through the pics left and right! Smart ah.
Sometimes i will pass him my iphone to distract him from knowing that he is siting in his car seat (he really dislikes car seat!!). He saw me scrolling thru the pics in my pic directory a few times and he's able to do the same! We were impressed.
Sometimes he will yell on top of his voice and cried really badly in his car seat. When we carried him out, he started smiling and chucking. Oh my. His fav activity is to hold onto the front seat backing and look at the person siting in front. He likes to peep at the person and smiles. Playful boy.
Mummy needs to start finding a good childcare for baby soon! Real soon.
Fri auntie adelynn told mummy that she went to the childcare in NCS and it was quite full. She managed to secure a place for bb stevlynn. BB stevlynn is few months younger than nat nat and her mummy already got a place for her and auntie adelynn told mummy that the childcare centres are v popular now and most of them will be full and the waiting lists will be super long.
Oh no, mummy needs to send bb to a childcare when he's 18 mths old to relieve popo for at least half a day. Mummy and daddy got to find one soon. OK, mummy's task for the coming weeks. Hopefully we can get one that is clean and cheerful so that baby can relax and have a good time playing.
We probably may also switched to another programme for his weekend lessons as it is getting kind of hard to get him to sit down and concentrate and absorb things. Prob have to find something that is more activity based so that he can at least get to move around. Though we do see progress after 2 semesters. Hmmm……wait and see bah.
Today baby saw the music car ride machine and pointed to it and said "CAR"!!!
All 3 of us were so so so so shocked!!! CAR?!!! Baby knows what is car and even noe how to pronounce it?!!! Wow. We were really shocked. HIs pronunciation was accurate too! 3 of us tried to make him say again but couldn't.
Baby ah you really surprised us every now and then Wah.
He said "ma-mee" in the car today again! He hasn't said that for a long long long time already. When mummy heard mummy's heart just melted. Actually he was in his car seat, something which he really really hates. He was so desperate to get out that he just called ma-mee hoping that i will rescue him. Hiaz. I did. Couldn't bear and i just have to give him a big big bear hug. I'm so touched.
As usual he managed to charm all the jiejies and aunties in the restaurant. He was smiling so much at everyone. Uncle tom also said that he smiles and laughs alot. Much more than most babies.
We just want you to be happy. Really really happy.
He had so much fun playing his ball ball today. Of cos he can't kicked it yet. We have to carry him and swing his legs to kick it. He was laughing all the wayyy. We love you lil one. Thank you for bringing so much
Yesterday is the big day for uncle kenneth. He had his rom in his studio. A v cosy event. His bride is so lovely. Her features are v beautiful. Congrats our dear friend.
